RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons on all accessories/jewellery so please make sure you are 100% happy when making your purchase. All product imagery of our styles is a true representation of how they look in real life. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can return the product and receive a credit note for the original price paid which will be valid for one year. 

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. All personalised products are non returnable.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

In the event that your order is damaged, we will then be more than happy to organise an exchange for the same style.​ We are not able to cover costs for items that have been damaged due to negligence and general wear and tear through the use of perfumes, lotions, fake tan, oils and sun exposure etc.

Please check your items within 2 -3 days of receiving delivery - any damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of accepting delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged goods. We cannot accept refunds after this time frame. 

SALE ITEMS - Any items purchased in the 50% off sale may not be returned or exchanged.
